Committee Reports:
-
Design Control: Design Control Chair, William Webber mentioned he was contacted by Michael Floyd for wanting to get his retainer back of $1000.00 for the house he completed on Idyll Ct. William brought up a discussion about residents not following CRNA by-laws. We would like to remind residents that lights should not be left on at night, no cars parked in the driveway or out on the street, and keep your landscaping neat and orderly. We have been receiving several complaints from neighbors about these things.
- Gates: Gates Chair, Dave Wright reported on ordering two new display cabinets one for each entryway, which will be installed in a week, or two.
- Landscaping: Landscaping Chair, Carrie Gaddy was not present so no report was given.
- Drainage: Robert Crowley stated it hasn’t rained so no issues to report.
- Roads: Dave Wright is still investigating what the costs would be to pave Phase I and Phase II. Depending on the estimates, we may do one Phase this year or do both phases this year.
New Business:
The Board discussed an anonymous letter they received regarding people becoming more lax in following CRNA bylaws. Dave Zeemont and Dave Wright have sent letters and have spoken to some of these residents who have not been abiding by these covenants. Please take a moment to walk around your home to make sure your lights (if they are being regulated with timers are set to come on and go off at the right time), shine towards the ground so it does not obscure the night views or hinder your neighbors, vehicles should be parked in the garage not in your driveway or out on the street, pet matter should be picked up, pets should be on a leash, etc…We live in a beautiful subdivision so it is up to all of us to follow the covenants.
The next meeting of the Board will be held on Monday, June 19, 2017 at 4:30 p.m. at 1236 Regency Court. All are welcome; however, always check with the Secretary to make sure the meeting date has not been changed due to schedule conflicts.
Dave Wright motioned the meeting to adjourn, seconded by Robert Crowley.
Meeting was adjourned at 5:49 p.m.
