Present were: President, Dave Zeemont, Treasurer, Bob Crowley, Director at Large, Dave Wright, Director at Large, Ginger Dickson, CR residents Judy Corona, Jan Thune, and Ana Leuenberger.

President, Dave Zeemont called the meeting to order at 4:37 p.m.

A motion by Dave Wright to approve the minutes of the previous meeting was seconded by Ginger Dickson; the motion carried without objection.
