President, Dave Zeemont called the meeting to order at 4:30 p.m.

Present were: President, Dave Zeemont, Secretary, Debbie McAllen; Director at Large, Larry Felhauer; and Director at Large, Dave Wright; Also present was Design Control Chair, William Webber and Webmeister, Kathy Mayer

Residents: Ginger Dickson, Judy Corona, Jan Thune and Maxine Webber.

Minutes: The Board Minutes of December 12, 2016 were accepted with a correction of a last name, which was Farber rather than Faber.

Larry Felhauer motioned to accept the minutes as presented with the correction of the last name and Dave Wright seconded the motion.

Minutes of the previous meeting were approved as written.

Treasurer's Report: President, Dave Zeemont presented the Treasurer's Report (see attached).

Dave Wright motioned to accept the Treasurer report as presented and Larry Felhauer seconded the motion.

The Board approved the Treasurer's Report.

Dave Zeemont reported all 2016 assessments have been received and will present the 2017 Budget at the General meeting on January 24, 2017.

Dave Wright motioned to have Coronado Ridge Neighborhood Association magnets made for old and new residents, and Debbie McAllen seconded the motion. All were in favor.

Kathy also mentioned that our CRNA website has been hacked and contacted service to have it fixed. For $350 it can be updated but for $500 it can be updated and more secured for future hacking. Larry Felhauer wanted more information on what the difference in cost covered before making a decision. After collecting more information the board will make a vote.

• Erosion at Drainage Tubes: President, Dave Zeemont showed pictures of erosion in a section of Pofahl Canyon and by Little Lake Moscato along Anthem Road. He will be contacting Kelly Dickson on perhaps filling these large holes with some dirt or rock. More discussion will take place before action is taken.

The General Membership meeting of the Board will be held on Tuesday, January 24, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. at Picacho Country Club, 6861 Via Campestre, Las Cruces, NM 88007. Judy Corona, Jan Thune, and Jim Matchin will count the ballots.

The next meeting of the Board will be held on Monday, February 13, 2017 at 4:30 p.m. at 1236 Regency Court. All are welcome; however, always check with the Secretary to make sure the meeting date has not been changed due to schedule conflicts.

The Board thanked Larry Felhauer for his eight years of serving on the Coronado Ridge Neighborhood Association. He did a great job and we appreciated his time and dedication.
