Treasurer, Robert Crowley called the meeting to order at 4:32 p.m.

Present were: Secretary, Debbie McAllen; Treasurer, Robert Crowley; Director at Large, Dave Wright; and Director at Large, Larry Felhauer. Also present were Design Control Chair, William Webber; and Landscaping Chair, Carrie Gaddy.

Minutes: The Board Minutes of September 12, 2016 were accepted as written.

Dave Wright motioned to accept the Treasurer report as presented and Treasurer, Crowley called for their approval.

Minutes of the previous meeting were approved as written.

Treasurer’s Report: Treasurer, Robert Crowley, presented the Treasurer’s Report (see attached).

Dave Wright motioned to accept the Treasurer report as presented.

The Board approved the Treasurer’s Report.

Bob reported all 2016 assessments have been received with the exception of two half-year amounts.

Design Control: Design Control Chair, William Webber stated nothing new to report.

Gates: Gates Chair, Dave Wright reported a light bulb needed to be replaced but other than that things were quiet.

Landscaping: Landscaping Chair, Carrie Gaddy reported the five cul-de-sac islands have been marked and planting will begin two weeks with Easy Lawn Landscaping.

Drainage: Erosion Control Chair, Robert Crowley stated nothing new to report.

New Business: The Board decided to re-circulate the email regarding the Water Pressure Valve received from the PHPOA Board.

At our general meeting in January we will be voting for two-year terms for Secretary and for Director at Large. Secretary, Steve Bailey stepped down at the end of last month’s meeting and Larry Felhauer has chosen not to re-elect at the end of his term. Nominations will be taken prior to the January meeting via this email address and time is set aside for nominations from the floor during the meeting. So far, the Nomination Committee has selected Debbie McAllen for Secretary.

The next meeting of the Board will be held on Monday, November 14, 2016 at 4:30 p.m. at 1236 Regency Court. All are welcome, however, always check with the Secretary to make sure the meeting date has not been changed due to schedule conflicts.
