Meeting called to order at 4:30 pm. Present were Dave Zeemont, President; Steve Bailey, Secretary; Bob Crowley, Treasurer; Larry Felhauer and Dave Wright, Directors at Large. Also present was William Webber, Design Control Chair.

Minutes from the last meeting were approved.

Bob Crowley, Treasurer, presented the Treasurer’s report (attached.) Bob stated that the water bills were a bit higher than normal due to a couple leaks in the drip system. They have been repaired. He also reported that most people have paid their annual assessments with just a couple properties not paid. Treasurer’s report was accepted.

Bob Crowley, as Drainage Chair, reported that about $2500 had been spent because of the recent rains for street cleaning and repairs to the system. Bob listed a couple homeowners who would be receiving bills for street cleaning after constant refusal to take measures to prevent erosion runoff from dumping on the streets.

Dave Wright, Gates Chair, reported no problems with the system.

A proposal was made and passed to require contractors to post signs stating that construction workers are required to park on one side of the street only. This will take effect immediately and current construction projects will be so informed.

The Board also voted on and passed a requirement, in accordance with Article V, Section 9 of the Covenants, for homeowners to remove any trees growing alongside of the road on their property. Any tree within a couple feet of the street curb must be removed within 30 days of this notice. Failure to remove trees will result in the Association removing the trees at the offending owner’s expense. It will be far less expensive for homeowners to remove the trees themselves. The main offending trees are the Desert Willows that seem to sprout like weeds.

Arrangements were made to notify a couple homeowners who are not in compliance with the CC&Rs.

With no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 5:45 pm. The next scheduled meeting will be held Monday, November 9th at 4:30 pm at 1236 Regency Court.
