Meeting was called to order at 6:37 pm. Present were Dave Zeemont, President; Steve Bailey, Secretary; Larry Felhauer and Dave Wright, Directors at Large. Also present were William Webber, Design Control Chair and Carrie Gaddy, Landscaping Chair.

Minutes from the previous meeting were approved.

Bob Crowley, Treasurer, was not present so a financial report was not given. See attached for the last approved Treasurer’s report.

Dave Wright, Gates Chair mentioned that the Anthem gate was acting weird but that it has been fixed. Also, the Anthem gate was not working properly as of tonight and he will look into it.

William Webber, Design Control Chair, reported that he was still working towards a solution on a reported solar panel that was glaring in a neighbor’s eye.

Caddy Gaddy, Landscaping Chair, reported that several established lantanas have died, presumably from the heat and drought. More will be planted after (if) the monsoons start.

A neighbor requested, and the Board approved, the return of his new construction security deposit.

A neighbor requested, and was not approved, permission to hold an estate sale. The Board based their decision on the No Garage Sales provision in the CC&Rs.

The Board discussed the Dona Ana Mutual Water Company’s list of non-members and suggestions were made as to how to notify certain members that they were on the list. Not being a member will result in the water being shut off. It was agreed that Dave Zeemont would compose a letter to the half dozen or so neighbors who were listed as a “non-member.”

The next Board meeting will be held Monday, July 14th at 6:30 pm at 1236 Regency Court. Meeting was adjourned at 8 pm.
