Meeting called to order at 6:30 pm

Present were Dave Zeemont, President; Steve Bailey, Secretary; Bob Crowley, Treasurer; Larry Felhauer and Dave Wright, Directors at Large. Also present was Carrie Gaddy, Landscaping Chair.

Minutes from previous meeting were approved.

Bob Crowley, Treasurer, presented the Treasurer’s report (attached.) Nothing out of the ordinary was reported. Also, Bob, speaking as the Erosion Control Chair, mentioned that nothing new was happening with Erosion Control.

Dave Wright, Gates Chair, reported that the Anthem exit gate remains busted and will not close. Allied did a repair which fixed it briefly, but it very quickly failed again. The gate will remain open until Allied can fix it properly. Trying to close it will only create more damage, besides being a major annoyance to anyone trying to exit. Dave stated that the SOS system and all backups were working properly. Dave also noted that he needs to order some more gate openers; however, the cost has increased slightly. The Board voted to increase the amount we charge to $25 per opener. As always, when someone moves into CR, they receive two openers at no charge. Only replacements are charged for.

Steve Bailey mentioned that all Committee Chairs and appropriate Board members must present their proposed budgets by the next meeting in December. The January General Membership meeting will most likely be held the last Tuesday of January but Dave Zeemont will check with the Country Club to make sure. Time and date will be announced as soon as it is verified and repeated several times.

Carrie Gaddy, Landscaping Chair, stated that her committee has been working on some proposals for next year’s landscaping projects. These will be finalized by next meeting. Carrie did state that Mr. Heber, the landscaper, has been very responsible and easy to work with this past year and that he has taken the initiative to do things on his own as well as what has been directed.

The next meeting will be held Monday, December 9th at 6:30 pm at 1236 Regency Court.

With no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 7:31 pm.
