Meeting was called to order at 6:30 pm.

Present were Dave Zeemont, President; Steve Bailey, Secretary; Larry Felhauer and Dave Wright, Directors at Large.

Minutes from previous meeting were approved.

Bob Crowley was absent, so no financial report was given. Nothing out of the ordinary happened financially this past month.

Carrie Gaddy, Landscaping Chair, reported via telephone that crews were working on some pressure relief valves on some islands. Recent pressure surges have caused irrigation pipes to burst and relief valves should protect them.

Dave Wright, Gates Chair, reported that all was working fine.

Steve Bailey, Bylaws Chair, reported that the Bylaws sub-committee tasked with reviewing and proposing changes to the CC&Rs have completed their work. The next step will include submitting those proposals to the full Bylaws Committee, which will be sometime in August, date not determined yet.

The next scheduled meeting is planned for August 12th; however, due to the light schedule during the summer, this meeting may be conducted via email or phone. An announcement will be sent out if the Board will meet in person.

With no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 7 pm.
