Meeting was called to order by Dave Zeemont, President.

Present were Dave Zeemont; Steve Bailey, Secretary; Bob Crowley, Treasurer; Larry Felhauer and Kathy Mayer, Directors at Large. Also present were Dave Wright, Gates Chair; William Webber, Design Control Chair; Carrie Gaddy, Landscaping; and Maxine Webber.

Minutes from previous meeting were approved.

Bob Crowley, Treasurer, presented the Treasurer's report. He stated that nothing out of the ordinary happened this past month. Year end totals have been established and he will report all to the General Meeting on the 22nd. The Audit Committee has scheduled to meet on Wednesday, Jan. 16th.

William Webber, Design Control Chair, reported that he is talking to the owner of the solar panels under construction. The owner is out of town on an emergency, and talks will continue upon his return. A full report will be presented at the General Membership Meeting next week.

Dave Wright, Gates Chair, reported that all was working and nothing else to report.

Bob Crowley, Erosion and Drainage Chair, reported that it hasn't rained. All is well and nothing else to report.

Steve Bailey briefly went over the agenda for the General Membership Meeting to make sure everyone was prepared.

There was a discussion about cars parking on the street at night. The one complaint received will be handled by Steve Bailey and the owner. There are other problems regarding parking and we will discuss the issue at the General Membership Meeting next week.

The next meeting of the Board of Directors will be Monday, February 11th at 6:30 pm at 1236 Regency Court. Without further business, the meeting was adjourned.
