Meeting was called to order at 6:30 pm. Present were Dave Zeemont, President; Steve Bailey, Secretary; Larry Felhauer and Kathy Mayer, Directors at Large.

Minutes from the previous meeting were approved.

Bob Crowley, Treasurer, was ill this night and sent a written report (attached.) The Board looked over the report and noted that nothing out of the ordinary had occurred.

Larry Felhauer, Chair of the Road Resealing Project, stated that the sealing project had to be rescheduled until May 7th starting date. He will send out notices to all involved as soon as they are solidified with the resealing company.

Kathy Mayer stated that last week's Ladies Night Out event at the Ump 88 Grill was another success.

Without further business, the meeting was adjourned at 7:10 pm. The subject of the May meeting was brought up after the meeting adjourned (and later adopted via email) and it was decided that, due to scheduling problems and also the lack of agenda items planned, the Board will not meet in the Month of May. Of course, if something important comes up, the Board will announce a meeting. The June meeting is tentatively scheduled for June 11th.
