February 13, 2012 Board Meeting Minutes
Meeting was called to order at 6:30 pm.
Present were Dave Zeemont, President; Steve Bailey, Secretary; Larry Felhauer and Kathy Mayer, Directors at Large. Also present were William Webber, Design Chair and Barbara Rose Farber, Landscaping Chair.
Minutes from previous meeting were approved.
Bob Crowley, Treasurer, was unable to attend the meeting but he wrote a note stating that nothing out of the ordinary was registered the past month. Also, as Erosion Control Chair, he stated that nothing was happening other than they fixed the storm drain entrance (between lots 58 and 59 on Constitution) to allow water to actually flow into the drain as opposed to the right angle originally placed there. This should help eliminate a lot of water that Constitution carries.
Dave Zeemont reported that a power outage occurred Friday night, Feb 10th. The surge knocked out one of our pumps and residents on the eastern-most of Constitution and some side streets had experienced low water pressure. All has been repaired.
It was reported that Marco (landscaper) will repair the drip system main line on the island at north Regency Court that had been blown out by high pressure surges. A water pressure protective valve will also be placed.
Dave Wright, Gates Chair, reported that the SOS system and both battery backups are working fine. He is directing an investigation into a possible wiring problem at Barcelona Gate that left the gate open for a short time recently. JRP Construction will be adjusting the light on the kiosk on the Anthem Gate to help people see the names better. He mentioned that a bush was blocking the CR sign at the Barcelona Gate (Marco has already cut down the grass/bush. He will be instructed to move it.)
With no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 7 pm.
Respectfully submitted,
Steve Bailey
CRNA Secretary
