Meeting was called to order at 6:30 pm.

Attending were Dave Zeemont, President; Steve Bailey, Secretary; Bob Crowley, Treasurer; and Larry Felhauer, Director at Large. Also attending were Dave Wright, Gates Chair; William Webber, Design Control Chair; Barbara Rose Farber, Landscaping Chair; and Maxine Webber.

Minutes from previous meeting were approved.

Bob Crowley, Treasurer, reported that the final accounting for the year would be going through an audit this weekend and presented at the General Meeting on the 24th. He also stated, as Erosion Control Chair, that nothing was happening.

Dave Wright, Gates Chair, reported that back up batteries for the gates had been purchased and installed. SOS system working fine.

Steve Bailey was asked to send out an email to all residents asking for their input regarding the landscaping in CR.

Final tweaking was made on the program for the General Meeting on January 24th.

Dave Zeemont gave a brief explanation of the water pressure problems and stated he would give a more substantial report at the General Meeting.

With no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 7:30 pm.
